About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and influential Chief Communications Officer (CCO) to lead the global communications strategy for a multinational technology organization delivering advanced digital platforms, enterprise software solutions, and artificial intelligence technologies to businesses across multiple industries. The Chief Communications Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for shaping the organization’s global reputation, corporate messaging, and strategic communications initiatives. This role will oversee internal and external communications programs that strengthen the company’s brand, build trust with stakeholders, and support long-term business objectives.

Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and other senior leaders, the Chief Communications Officer will ensure that communications initiatives support corporate strategy while strengthening relationships with employees, customers, investors, and global media organizations. The CCO will oversee global teams responsible for corporate communications, public relations, media relations, internal communications, executive messaging, and crisis communications. These teams will work together to deliver coordinated communication programs that enhance the organization’s visibility, strengthen brand credibility, and maintain strong engagement with key audiences.

A major responsibility of the role will involve developing thought leadership and brand reputation initiatives that position the company as a leader in technology innovation. The Chief Communications Officer will help shape public narratives around the company’s products, research initiatives, and contributions to industry advancements.

The role will also focus on strengthening internal communications programs that ensure employees across global offices remain informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals. • Mentor global communications leaders responsible for regional communication programs.
• Present communications strategy updates and reputation insights to executive leadership.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree in communications, business administration, or corporate strategy preferred.
18–20+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate communications or public relations.
• Minimum 10+ years in executive communications leadership roles within multinational organizations.
• Extensive experience managing global media relations and corporate reputation programs.
• Proven track record developing strategic communications initiatives for major organizations.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, digital communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing crisis communications and corporate reputation management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing international communications teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and highly visible corporate environments.

Job Function

The Chief Communications Officer is responsible for overseeing the organization’s global communications strategy and managing internal and external messaging across all business operations. Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $390,000 – $500,000
