About the Company
We are a global digital banking and AI-powered financial services institution operating across retail banking, institutional finance, digital assets, embedded finance, and cross-border payments. Serving over 60 million customers worldwide, our platform processes trillions in annual transaction volume across regulated markets in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Our competitive advantage is rooted in data, real-time transaction intelligence, AI-powered fraud detection, advanced credit modeling, hyper-personalized customer experiences, and predictive financial analytics.
As regulatory scrutiny around data privacy, AI governance, and financial transparency intensifies, and as our institution expands into new digital asset classes and AI-native financial products, we are seeking a Chief Data Officer to define and execute a global data vision at enterprise scale.
This is not a data management role. This is an enterprise-wide transformation mandate shaping the future of intelligent banking.

The Chief Data Officer will lead enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics transformation, AI enablement, and regulatory data compliance across all global markets. This executive will oversee data architecture, data science, advanced analytics, privacy frameworks, and monetization initiatives while embedding a data-first culture across the organization.
