About the Organization
We are a global insurance and financial services enterprise operating across life, health, property & casualty, reinsurance, and digital asset protection markets in over 45 countries.
With more than 30 million policyholders and institutional clients worldwide, our organization is undergoing a multi-year digital reinvention, modernizing legacy core systems, deploying AI-driven underwriting engines, expanding embedded insurance ecosystems, and transforming customer engagement through intelligent automation.
As regulatory complexity increases and customer expectations shift toward frictionless, digital-first experiences, we are seeking a visionary Chief Digital Officer to architect and lead enterprise-wide digital transformation at a global scale.
This is not an IT modernization role. This is a strategic reinvention mandate.
