Growth within our organization is not limited to traditional revenue expansion it encompasses market creation, ecosystem development, strategic partnerships, product monetization, and global expansion initiatives. As we enter the next phase of scale, we are seeking a Chief Growth Officer to architect and lead a holistic growth strategy, aligning commercial execution with innovation, customer value, and long-term enterprise positioning.

This role represents a critical executive mandate, responsible for shaping how the organization captures market share, expands into new verticals, and builds sustainable competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving global landscape.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive enterprise growth strategy encompassing revenue expansion, market penetration, and new business development.
  • Lead and integrate key growth functions, including sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, and revenue operations.
  • Identify and unlock new revenue streams through product innovation, pricing strategies, and business model evolution.
  • Drive global go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including vertical segmentation, geographic expansion, and channel development.
  • Establish and scale strategic partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem relationships.
  • Oversee demand generation, pipeline development, and conversion optimization across all channels.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and market intelligence to inform growth decisions and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams to align growth initiatives with platform capabilities and customer needs.
  • Lead enterprise-level initiatives focused on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimization.
  • Drive operational rigor through forecasting, performance metrics, and revenue predictability frameworks.
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing global growth organization.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 18–22+ years of progressive leadership experience in growth, revenue, or commercial executive roles.
  • Proven experience as a Chief Growth Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, or senior commercial executive in high-growth organizations.
  • Strong background in enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, data infrastructure, or digital ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in driving multi-billion-dollar revenue growth and global market expansion.
  • Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, and revenue optimization.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen, including experience with revenue modeling and performance forecasting.
  • Experience working closely with executive leadership and Board stakeholders.

  • Partner with the CEO and Board to define long-term growth strategy and market positioning.

  • Support strategic initiatives, including M&A, partnerships, and new market entry.
  • Provide insights into market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior.
  • Contribute to enterprise planning, including revenue modeling and valuation strategy.

Working Conditions

  • Fully remote within the United States with global leadership responsibilities.
  • Frequent travel required (30–50%) for client engagements, partnerships, and leadership meetings.
  • High-performance environment with aggressive growth targets and executive-level accountability.
  • Direct engagement with executive leadership, Board members, and key external stakeholders.

The Chief Growth Officer serves as the enterprise leader for growth and revenue strategy, responsible for integrating commercial execution, market expansion, and customer value creation into a unified mandate that drives long-term enterprise success.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Package: $410,000 – $518,000 (base salary)
