About the Organization
We are a U.S.-based national healthcare and integrated digital health enterprise supporting multi-state hospital networks, specialty care facilities, virtual care platforms, and population health management systems. Our ecosystem integrates electronic health records (EHR), AI-driven clinical decision support tools, secure patient engagement platforms, telehealth infrastructure, and advanced data analytics environments.
Operating in one of the most regulated and mission-critical industries in the United States, our technology backbone supports millions of patient interactions annually while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, CMS requirements, and evolving federal health data standards.
As healthcare delivery continues its digital transformation, incorporating AI diagnostics, predictive care analytics, and interoperable health information exchanges, we are seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead enterprise-wide information systems strategy, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity alignment, and digital resilience, fully remote within the United States.
This is not an IT operations oversight role. This is a national healthcare technology transformation mandate.
