About the Role
In modern enterprises, learning is no longer a support function or an HR initiative. It is a strategic growth lever that determines workforce capability, leadership readiness, innovation velocity, and long-term competitiveness. We are seeking a Chief Learning Officer to architect and lead a global learning strategy that prepares the organization for rapid technological, operational, and market change.
This role is designed for a senior executive who understands how to translate business strategy into enterprise-wide capability building. The CLO will own learning strategy across leadership development, workforce upskilling, digital learning platforms, succession planning, and future-skills readiness.
As a core member of the executive leadership team, the Chief Learning Officer will partner closely with the CEO, CHRO, Technology, Operations, and Business Unit leaders to ensure learning investments directly support growth, transformation, and performance. This leader will modernize learning delivery through data, personalization, and technology while ensuring measurable business impact.
This is not a training administration role. It is a mandate to build learning as a strategic system that fuels leadership strength, employee performance, and enterprise resilience.
