About the Role

Job Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.

• 12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in business strategy, operations, or consulting roles.
• Experience working closely with executive leadership teams in large organizations.
• Strong background in corporate strategy, program management, or operational leadership.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology or digital transformation environments preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation Package: $310,000 – $455,000
