About the Role
In modern global enterprises, operations is not a support layer; it is the engine that converts strategy into consistent results. We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead enterprise-wide execution across a complex, multi-business organization operating at a global scale.
This role is designed for a senior executive who understands how to build operating systems that scale, adapt, and perform under constant change. The COO will own day-to-day enterprise operations while driving long-term operational strategy, ensuring the organization delivers reliably on growth, margin, customer experience, and transformation objectives.
As a core member of the executive leadership team, the COO will partner closely with the CEO, CFO, CIO, Chief Transformation Officer, and business unit leaders to align people, processes, and platforms into a unified operating model. You will lead operational modernization initiatives, establish performance discipline, and ensure execution excellence across regions, functions, and delivery models.
This is not a maintenance role. It is a mandate to build operations as a strategic enterprise capability, one that enables scale, absorbs complexity, and delivers predictable outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
