Chief Operations Officer

Admiral Talent > Jobs > Data-Driven Operations > Chief Operations Officer

About the Role

At enterprise scale, operations is not about efficiency alone; it is about turning strategy into repeatable execution across people, processes, and systems. We are seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead and integrate the operational engine of a complex, multi-business organization operating globally.

This role is designed for a senior executive who understands how to build operating leverage while sustaining quality, speed, and accountability. The COO will own enterprise execution across core operations, delivery models, performance management, and operating cadence, ensuring the organization scales predictably while absorbing complexity.

As a core member of the executive leadership team, the COO will partner closely with the CEO, CFO, CIO, and business leaders to translate corporate strategy into operational reality. You will lead operating-model evolution, productivity improvement, and cross-functional alignment while modernizing workflows through data, automation, and disciplined governance.

This is not a maintenance role. It is a mandate to build operations as a competitive advantage, one that enables growth, protects margins, and delivers consistent outcomes in a fast-changing environment.
