About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the global revenue strategy of a rapidly scaling enterprise technology organization specializing in cloud software platforms, artificial intelligence solutions, and digital infrastructure services. The company serves enterprise clients across financial services, healthcare, logistics, retail, and technology sectors, delivering advanced software platforms that support digital transformation and data-driven operations.

The Chief Revenue Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating functions across the organization. Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline.
• MBA or advanced degree in business strategy or commercial leadership preferred.
18–20+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise sales or revenue management.
• Minimum 10+ years in senior revenue leadership roles within global technology organizations.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale sales organizations and revenue operations.
• Proven track record delivering sustained revenue growth within competitive markets.
• Strong expertise in SaaS business models and enterprise technology sales cycles.
• Experience building high-performing global sales teams.
• Strong understanding of revenue forecasting and performance analytics.
• Demonstrated success working with executive leadership teams and board members.

Job Function

The Chief Revenue Officer is responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating functions across the organization, including enterprise sales, partnerships, customer success, and revenue operations. Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $400,000 – $505,000
