We are seeking an experienced Director of Communications who will lead global communications strategy, manage corporate messaging across all channels, and help position the company as a trusted leader within the global technology ecosystem.
Job Function
The Director of Communications will oversee the organization’s global communications strategy, including corporate messaging, media relations, executive communications, internal communications, and reputation management.
This role ensures that all communication initiatives align with the organization’s brand positioning, strategic priorities, and long-term market leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement the organization’s global communications strategy aligned with corporate objectives and brand positioning.
Lead corporate communications initiatives, including media relations, executive messaging, and brand storytelling.
Oversee global public relations campaigns that strengthen the company’s reputation within the enterprise technology industry.
Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry analysts covering technology and digital innovation sectors.
Guide executive communications, including speeches, presentations, thought leadership articles, and conference engagements.
Lead crisis communication planning and reputation management strategies.
Oversee internal communications initiatives that keep employees aligned with company strategy and culture.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align corporate messaging with brand and demand generation campaigns.
Coordinate communication strategies supporting product launches, partnerships, and corporate announcements.
Monitor media coverage and public perception related to the organization and its leadership.
Develop communication frameworks supporting investor relations and corporate governance messaging.
Manage a global communications team responsible for content creation, media engagement, and internal messaging.
Provide strategic communication guidance to executive leadership during high-profile business developments.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
15+ years of leadership experience in corporate communications, public relations, media strategy, or brand communications roles.
Experience working within global technology organizations, enterprise SaaS companies, or digital platform industries is preferred.
Proven success managing communications strategies for large-scale organizations or high-growth technology companies.
Strong experience in media relations, executive communications, and brand reputation management.
Demonstrated ability to lead crisis communication initiatives and manage high-profile public messaging.
Experience coordinating cross-functional messaging across marketing, product, and leadership teams.
Exceptional writing and storytelling capability for executive audiences and public communications.
Bachelor’s degree required in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Total Executive Compensation Package: $315,000 – $405,000 USD
Compensation Includes:
