About the Role
At enterprise scale, operations is not about maintaining processes; it is about building systems that perform reliably under growth, complexity, and constant change. We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead and optimize core operational functions across a global, technology-enabled organization.
This role is designed for a senior operator who understands how to translate strategy into repeatable execution. The Director of Operations will oversee day-to-day operational performance while driving structural improvements in efficiency, scalability, and service quality. You will own how work moves through the organization across people, processes, systems, and performance metrics.
Partnering closely with executive leadership, Technology, Finance, and Product teams, you will play a central role in scaling the business, improving margins, and strengthening delivery discipline. This includes leading operational transformation initiatives, modernizing workflows through automation and data, and establishing governance that enables speed without sacrificing control.
This is not a maintenance role. It is a mandate to build operations as a strategic enterprise capability one that enables growth, absorbs complexity, and delivers predictable, high-quality outcomes.
