About the Organization
We are a U.S.-headquartered global cloud infrastructure and AI data platform enterprise powering mission-critical workloads for Fortune 500 companies across financial services, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, e-commerce, and federal-adjacent sectors.
Our ecosystem includes multi-region cloud deployments, high-availability data centers, AI compute clusters, zero-trust security architecture, and enterprise-grade DevSecOps pipelines. We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Director of Technology Operations to lead enterprise infrastructure governance, cloud reliability engineering, service delivery performance, cybersecurity alignment, and operational scalability, fully remote within the United States.
This is not a helpdesk oversight role. This is a large-scale enterprise technology performance mandate.
