About the Organization
We are a U.S.-headquartered global advanced manufacturing and industrial automation enterprise delivering robotics platforms, AI-driven production systems, precision-engineered components, smart factory technologies, and vertically integrated supply chain solutions to Fortune 500 manufacturers across aerospace, automotive, defense-adjacent, semiconductor, and heavy industrial sectors.
Our operations span high-precision production facilities, advanced robotics assembly lines, digital twin-enabled manufacturing systems, and multi-continent supplier ecosystems. We operate in capital-intensive environments requiring disciplined cost governance, scalable capacity planning, global compliance oversight, and advanced operational analytics.
As global demand for automation accelerates and reshoring initiatives expand domestic production capabilities, enterprise-scale operational leadership is central to sustaining margin performance, supply continuity, and competitive advantage.
We are seeking a transformational Executive Vice President of Operations to lead global manufacturing strategy, supply chain integration, operational excellence programs, performance governance, and long-horizon scalability initiatives, fully remote within the United States.
This is not a site-level operations role. This is an enterprise-wide execution mandate at an institutional scale.
