We are seeking a strategic Head of Business Operations to architect and lead enterprise-wide operational infrastructure, fully remote within the United States.
This is not a departmental coordination role. This is a company-wide execution and performance mandate.
Job Function
The Head of Business Operations will oversee enterprise operating cadence, cross-functional execution frameworks, performance analytics, strategic initiative tracking, and organizational effectiveness across product, engineering, sales, finance, and customer operations.
This executive ensures alignment between corporate strategy and operational execution at a national scale.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design and lead enterprise-wide operating model and governance frameworks

Establish a quarterly and annual business planning cadence across departments

Implement KPI dashboards and enterprise performance tracking systems

Drive cross-functional alignment between product, sales, engineering, and finance

Oversee strategic initiative management and execution accountability

Guide organizational structure optimization to support scaling growth

Strengthen operational forecasting accuracy and execution predictability

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives

Manage enterprise-level resource allocation frameworks

Oversee the implementation of enterprise SaaS tools for performance management

Support executive leadership with data-driven insights and reporting

Lead cross-functional executive reviews and operational planning sessions
Strategic Support

Advise the CEO on enterprise scalability and execution risk exposure

Support national expansion strategy and go-to-market optimization

Contribute to M&A integration planning and operational harmonization

Align operational processes with long-term enterprise growth strategy

Strengthen investor reporting through disciplined operational metrics

Guide digital transformation initiatives across internal systems
Job Qualifications and Requirements

15+ years of progressive business operations or strategy leadership experience

8+ years in executive-level roles within SaaS, AI, or technology-driven enterprises

Proven experience building scalable operating models in high-growth companies

Strong financial and operational analytics expertise

Experience leading cross-functional teams across distributed environments

Demonstrated success managing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives

Strong understanding of SaaS performance metrics (ARR, CAC, NRR, margin optimization)

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Total Executive Compensation Package: $315,000 – $400,000 USD
