About the Organization

We are a U.S.-based digital commercial banking and structured lending platform delivering senior secured lending, asset-based finance, middle-market credit facilities, venture debt, and specialty finance solutions to growth-stage and established enterprises nationwide.

Our institution combines advanced credit analytics, AI-driven underwriting models, real-time portfolio monitoring systems, and disciplined risk governance to support multi-billion-dollar lending portfolios across diversified industries, including technology, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and renewable energy.

In an environment defined by economic volatility, interest rate shifts, and evolving regulatory oversight, disciplined credit governance and risk intelligence are central to enterprise stability and growth.

We are seeking a strategic Head of Credit to lead national credit policy, underwriting governance, portfolio risk management, and structured credit oversight, fully remote within the United States.

This is not a loan operations role. This is an enterprise-level credit risk leadership mandate.
