About the Organization
We are a U.S.-based renewable energy and infrastructure development enterprise operating utility-scale solar, wind, battery storage, green hydrogen, and grid modernization projects across multiple states. Backed by institutional capital and long-term power purchase agreements, our organization manages multi-billion-dollar project portfolios in capital-intensive, highly regulated environments.
Our enterprise integrates project finance, structured capital deployment, operational asset oversight, compliance governance, and cross-functional corporate services at a national scale. As federal incentives, tax equity structures, and ESG reporting requirements continue to evolve, disciplined financial architecture and administrative governance are critical to sustaining long-term growth.
We are seeking a strategic Head of Finance and Administration to lead enterprise-wide financial stewardship, capital planning, corporate governance, and shared services oversight, fully remote within the United States.
This is not a transactional accounting role. This is an enterprise capital and governance mandate.
