We are seeking a visionary Head of Technology to define and lead enterprise-wide technology strategy, platform scalability, engineering excellence, and innovation governance, fully remote within the United States.
This is not a development manager role. This is a national-level technology leadership mandate.
Job Function
The Head of Technology will architect and execute the organization’s long-term technology vision across infrastructure, platform engineering, AI deployment, DevOps, cybersecurity alignment, and enterprise system modernization.
This executive will ensure technological resilience, scalability, compliance alignment, and innovation velocity across distributed teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Define and execute an enterprise-wide technology strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives

Oversee platform engineering, infrastructure reliability, and DevOps excellence

Guide scalable AI deployment frameworks and data infrastructure modernization

Oversee modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native architecture

Implement performance monitoring, reliability, and uptime governance standards

Drive automation initiatives across engineering workflows

Lead vendor and cloud partnership negotiations

Manage multimillion-dollar technology investment portfolios

Mentor senior engineering leaders and cultivate high-performance teams

Present the technology roadmap and risk posture to executive leadership
Strategic Support

Advise the CEO on long-term technology positioning and enterprise scalability

Support expansion into new regulated or high-complexity markets

Contribute to technology due diligence for acquisitions

Align platform evolution with product and commercialization strategy

Job Qualifications and Requirements

18+ years of progressive technology leadership experience

8+ years in executive-level technology roles within SaaS, AI, or cloud infrastructure sectors

Proven experience leading enterprise-scale distributed technology organizations

Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture and large-scale system design

Strong understanding of AI deployment infrastructure

Experience managing high-availability, mission-critical systems

Demonstrated success leading remote engineering organizations

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Total Executive Compensation Package: $315,000 – $405,000 USD
