Senior Manager of Operations

About the Organization

We are a U.S.-based global e-commerce fulfillment and smart logistics enterprise powering end-to-end supply chain orchestration for major retail brands, marketplace platforms, and direct-to-consumer enterprises. Our network spans automated distribution centers, robotics-enabled sortation hubs, AI-driven demand forecasting systems, last-mile carrier ecosystems, and real-time inventory optimization platforms.

Operating in a high-volume, performance-sensitive environment, we manage millions of daily transactions across domestic and international channels. Precision in forecasting, labor planning, network optimization, and operational cost discipline directly impacts profitability, service-level agreements (SLAs), and customer experience performance.

As we continue expanding same-day fulfillment capabilities and AI-enabled operational intelligence, scalable operational leadership is critical to maintaining service excellence and margin performance.

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Manager of Operations to oversee multi-site operational performance, process optimization, cross-functional coordination, and KPI governance, fully remote within the United States.

This is not a shift-level management role. This is a performance and systems optimization mandate at enterprise scale.
