About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally focused Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead key supply chain initiatives within a global consumer electronics organization responsible for designing and manufacturing next-generation smart devices, connected hardware platforms, and advanced digital consumer technologies. This role will play a central part in ensuring the organization’s supply chain infrastructure operates with precision, efficiency, and scalability in a rapidly evolving global technology marketplace.

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will oversee complex supply chain operations that support high-volume product manufacturing across international production facilities and global distribution networks. As the consumer electronics industry continues to evolve with accelerated product innovation cycles, dynamic consumer demand patterns, and globalized manufacturing ecosystems, this role will help ensure that supply chain processes remain resilient, efficient, and capable of supporting large-scale product launches and sustained global distribution.

This position will work closely with procurement teams, manufacturing partners, logistics providers, and product development leaders to ensure that supply chain operations support the timely delivery of critical components and finished products. The role requires managing supplier relationships, overseeing demand forecasting processes, optimizing inventory strategies, and coordinating logistics operations across global supply networks.

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will also play a key role in implementing advanced supply chain technologies such as predictive demand analytics, automated inventory management systems, and digital logistics platforms that enhance operational visibility and efficiency across the supply network.

In addition to operational leadership responsibilities, the role will contribute to strategic planning initiatives that support the company’s global growth objectives. This includes evaluating supply chain risks, strengthening supplier diversification strategies, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost optimization across the company’s manufacturing and distribution ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing supply chain operations within consumer electronics, technology manufacturing, or global product distribution industries. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead key supply chain operations, including procurement coordination, inventory management, and global logistics planning.

• Manage supplier relationships to ensure reliable sourcing of critical components and manufacturing materials.

• Develop demand forecasting models that support product manufacturing schedules and inventory planning.

• Coordinate global logistics operations, including transportation management, shipping coordination, and distribution planning.

• Implement supply chain optimization initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Monitor inventory levels and develop strategies that balance product availability with efficient inventory turnover.

• Collaborate with manufacturing and product development teams to ensure supply chain readiness for new product launches.

• Implement digital supply chain platforms that improve operational visibility across supplier and distribution networks.

• Conduct risk assessments related to supplier disruptions, logistics delays, and inventory constraints.

• Develop performance metrics that evaluate supplier performance, logistics efficiency, and supply chain reliability.

• Support global expansion initiatives by strengthening supply chain infrastructure across international markets.

• Provide operational insights and supply chain performance reports to senior leadership teams.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration.

• MBA or advanced degree in supply chain leadership or operations management preferred.

8–12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within technology or manufacturing industries.

• Experience managing global supply networks supporting high-volume manufacturing environments.

• Strong expertise in supply chain planning, logistics coordination, and supplier relationship management.

• Experience implementing supply chain technologies, including ERP systems, supply chain analytics tools, and forecasting platforms.

• Proven ability to manage complex operational processes across multiple international supply chain partners.

• Strong analytical capabilities for evaluating operational data and supply chain performance metrics.

• Experience working in fast-paced industries with rapid product development cycles.

• Strong financial understanding related to supply chain cost optimization and operational budgeting.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to attract experienced supply chain leadership professionals.

Total Compensation Package: $215,000 – $317,000
