About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Vice President, Human Resources, to lead the global people strategy for a rapidly expanding technology organization operating across cloud computing, enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and digital services. As the company continues to scale its workforce across multiple international markets, strong leadership in human capital strategy is essential to support organizational growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

The Senior Vice President, Human Resources, will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for developing and executing the organization’s global human resources strategy. This role will guide initiatives that strengthen talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, compensation programs, and organizational culture across a diverse and globally distributed workforce.

As organizations increasingly compete for top talent within the technology sector, the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, will play a central role in building a workplace environment that attracts, develops, and retains high-performing professionals. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership team, the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, will align talent strategy with the company’s long-term business objectives. The SVP will oversee multiple HR functions, including global talent acquisition, leadership development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and workforce planning. These teams will support the organization’s growth by ensuring that HR programs are aligned with both operational needs and employee expectations.

A key responsibility of the role involves strengthening leadership development initiatives that prepare high-potential employees for senior roles within the organization. The Senior Vice President, Human Resources, will guide programs designed to build future leadership capabilities while supporting succession planning across executive teams.

The SVP will also oversee initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and workplace culture. By creating programs that support professional growth, collaboration, and employee well-being, the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, will help maintain a positive and productive workplace environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization’s global human resources strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Oversee global talent acquisition programs and workforce planning initiatives.

• Strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.

• Present workforce insights and HR strategy updates to executive leadership and board committees.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management preferred.
18–20+ years of progressive leadership experience in human resources or organizational development.
• Minimum 10+ years in senior HR leadership roles within large multinational organizations.
• Extensive experience managing global HR programs and workforce strategy.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation frameworks, and HR governance practices.
• Proven track record building high-performing organizational cultures.
• Experience implementing leadership development and talent management programs.
• Strong understanding of HR technology platforms and workforce analytics.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing large HR teams across multiple regions.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $390,000 – $495,000
