We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead global marketing strategy and execution across our digital health portfolio. This executive will oversee all marketing functions, including brand strategy, product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, and communications, ensuring alignment with business growth and market expansion goals.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the VP of Marketing will play a critical role in defining how our solutions are positioned in the healthcare market, driving adoption, and establishing the organization as a trusted leader in digital health innovation.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with business growth, market expansion, and brand positioning objectives.

• Lead and integrate all marketing functions, including brand, product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, and communications.

• Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth through data-driven marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Define and refine brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies for healthcare solutions.

• Oversee execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, events, and partner marketing.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and revenue targets.

• Lead product marketing efforts, translating complex healthcare technologies into clear, compliant, and compelling value propositions.

• Ensure all marketing activities align with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

• Utilize advanced analytics and marketing technologies to optimize campaign performance, attribution, and ROI.

• Build and scale a high-performing global marketing organization.

• Manage relationships with agencies, partners, and industry stakeholders.

• Oversee marketing budgets, resource allocation, and investment strategies.

• Drive thought leadership and brand authority through content, clinical insights, and executive visibility.

• Provide executive-level reporting to the CEO and board on marketing performance and strategic initiatives.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.

• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

• 15–20+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership within healthcare, healthtech, SaaS, or regulated industries.

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building global marketing organizations.

• Strong expertise in B2B marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy.

• Experience marketing healthcare technology platforms, digital health solutions, or clinical systems.

• Deep understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including providers, payers, and regulatory frameworks.

• Experience with digital marketing, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large marketing budgets.

• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and board-level discussions.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $410,000 – $509,000

Compensation includes:
