About the Organization
We are a U.S.-headquartered digital health and integrated care delivery enterprise transforming how healthcare systems, payers, and employer-sponsored health networks coordinate patient care, clinical workflows, and operational performance.
Our platform integrates telehealth infrastructure, AI-driven care navigation, value-based care analytics, population health management systems, and multi-site provider networks serving millions of patients nationwide. Operating within highly regulated healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, CMS, value-based reimbursement models), our operational ecosystem requires disciplined alignment between technology, clinical teams, regional administrators, and enterprise leadership.
As healthcare delivery shifts toward performance-based reimbursement and digitally enabled care coordination, operational engagement ensuring alignment, adoption, accountability, and performance across distributed networks is mission-critical to enterprise success.
We are seeking a visionary and performance-oriented Vice President of Operations Engagement to lead national operational alignment strategy, stakeholder integration, change governance, performance adoption initiatives, and enterprise-wide operational communication architecture, fully remote within the United States.
This is not an HR or internal communications role. This is a strategic enterprise engagement and operational performance mandate.
